Welcome Back!
July 15, 2025
Dear Rolla Junior High School Students, Parents, and Guardians,
Welcome to the 2025-2026 Rolla Junior High School academic year! We are excited for our third NOBLE adventure with staff and students. Mrs. Johnson and I hope you have enjoyed this summer so far and are ready for the start of classes. This letter is designed to provide you with the information you need to seamlessly enroll your child at RJH. As always, we cannot wait for you to see all of the changes we have made to the building during the summer. Full tours will be available at Open House!
Please take a few minutes to complete the Rolla 31 Online Registration by August 1st. New Student Registration is located here, and returning students will complete theirs in the parent portal here. You can also go to the RPS website at www.rolla31.org, click on the Parents & Students tab, then click on Student Enrollment and Registration. All steps are listed there. Completing the online registration will save you time when you come to our Open House. That date is:
August 14th: 3 - 7 PM – 7th & 8th Grade - RJH Cafeteria
What happens during Open House:
The RJH staff will verify that all registration paperwork is complete.
Please visit the following stations: transportation, nurse, athletics, tech training, cafeteria cashiers, and RJH activities.
Students will NOT take their school picture during RJH Open House anymore. We are now doing them during the school year. That date is September 19th.
Once all of the above is complete, the student will receive their schedule.
Parents & Students can tour the school, help find their child’s classes, and assist their child with lockers. We will also have student tour guides if needed.
Our teachers will be in attendance that evening. Please make sure to visit and ask any important questions.
Yearbooks:
Yearbooks will be sold at a later date. Please keep an eye out for daily announcements about this information.
Immunizations - 8th Grade Students:
Written verification of any recent vaccination will be required and must be up-to-date. Any questions may be directed to the school nurse at registration. 8th Grade students are required to have a TDAP & Meningitis vaccination before they can attend school in August. Please schedule your child for these immunizations immediately. Immunizations are available at the Phelps County Health Department, Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart, and your physician's office. Four-Rivers Pediatric Clinic (on 10th Street, right across the street from the athletic office) is offering FREE PHYSICAL CLINICS on August 5-7, 2025, from 2 - 6 pm.
